1. Minimum two nights stay
2. Long weekends - min 3 night stay unless full house is booked for 2 nights
3. One night stays can be arranged but at an additional fee
4. Access to the house is 24 hours so there is no need to arrive at a set time
5. Accommodation must be paid for, prior to your stay
6. No credit cards accepted, payment made either via cheque prior to stay or direct deposit into our account

Please note:

• All rates are quoted as per couple per night but an additional pricing is available on request for singles
• The accommodation is limited in its access for people with disabilities e.g.: wheel chairs
• The house is 100% non-smoking
• The accommodation has limited facilities for entertaining children and all beds are queen size
